This Product Use & Safety Policy applies to physical products offered through House of Nyxele and its affiliated paths, including:

  • Nyxele
  • Nyxele’s Rituals
  • Moon Healing Wellness
  • The Study

This policy is intended to provide general guidance for the safe and responsible use of products sold, recommended, or supplied through House of Nyxele.

By purchasing or using a product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing all product information, ingredient lists, directions, warnings, and applicable policies before use.

1. General Product Use

All products should be used only for their intended purpose and according to the instructions provided with the product.

Customers are responsible for:

  • reviewing all directions before use;
  • following recommended use instructions;
  • using products only as intended;
  • storing products properly;
  • keeping products away from children and pets when appropriate;
  • reviewing ingredients before use;
  • considering known allergies or sensitivities;
  • and discontinuing use if irritation, discomfort, or another unwanted reaction occurs.

Do not use a product in a manner inconsistent with its instructions or intended purpose.

2. Botanical, Herbal & Wellness Products

Botanical, herbal, topical, aromatherapy, and wellness products may contain naturally derived ingredients, herbs, oils, extracts, plant materials, butters, waxes, fragrances, or other ingredients that may affect individuals differently.

Natural ingredients do not guarantee that a product will be suitable for every person.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list before use.

Do not use a product if you know or suspect that you are allergic or sensitive to one or more ingredients.

3. Patch Testing

A patch test is recommended before using a new topical, botanical, herbal, body, skin, or aromatherapy product.

Apply a small amount of the product to a limited area and observe the area before broader use.

If irritation, redness, swelling, itching, burning, discomfort, or another unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use.

A successful patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will never occur.

4. Allergies & Sensitivities

House of Nyxele cannot guarantee that a product is free from every potential allergen, sensitivity trigger, or cross-contact risk.

Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should carefully review ingredients before purchasing and using products.

If you have a history of severe allergic reactions or are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

5. Pregnancy, Nursing, Medication & Medical Conditions

Some herbs, essential oils, botanical ingredients, fragrances, or topical products may not be appropriate for every individual or circumstance.

Before using a product, consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, particularly if you:

  • are pregnant;
  • are nursing;
  • are taking prescription medication;
  • are receiving medical treatment;
  • have a diagnosed medical condition;
  • have known allergies or sensitivities;
  • have highly sensitive skin;
  • or have been instructed by a healthcare professional to avoid certain ingredients.

Do not discontinue or alter prescribed treatment based on product descriptions or information provided by House of Nyxele.

6. External-Use Products

Products labeled for external use should not be swallowed or intentionally ingested.

Avoid contact with:

  • eyes;
  • mouth;
  • mucous membranes;
  • broken skin;
  • irritated skin;
  • or other sensitive areas

unless the product is specifically intended for use in that area.

If accidental contact occurs, rinse appropriately and seek professional guidance if necessary.

7. Essential Oils & Fragrance Products

Essential oils and fragrance products should be used carefully.

Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin unless the specific product has been formulated and labeled for direct topical use.

Avoid excessive use.

Some essential oils and fragrances may cause skin sensitivity, respiratory irritation, headaches, photosensitivity, or other reactions in sensitive individuals.

Use products in a well-ventilated area when appropriate.

8. Sun & Photosensitivity

Certain botanical or essential-oil ingredients may increase sensitivity to sunlight.

If a product contains an ingredient known to be photosensitizing, follow all instructions regarding sun exposure.

Avoid unnecessary sun or UV exposure to treated areas when advised.

9. Children

Products should be kept out of reach of children unless specifically intended and labeled for child use.

Do not use adult-formulated botanical, herbal, essential-oil, topical, ritual, or wellness products on children without first determining that the product is appropriate for their age and use.

When in doubt, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

10. Pets

Many herbs, oils, fragrances, essential oils, candles, smoke-producing products, and botanical materials that are commonly used by adults may be unsafe for pets.

Keep products away from pets unless specifically stated to be suitable for them.

Do not allow pets to lick, ingest, chew, spill, or come into direct contact with products not intended for animal use.

Use additional caution around birds, cats, dogs, small animals, and other pets that may be especially sensitive to fragrances, smoke, oils, or botanical ingredients.

If you believe a pet has ingested or reacted to a product, contact a veterinarian or appropriate animal poison resource promptly.

11. Candle Safety

Candles must be used responsibly.

When burning a candle:

  • never leave it unattended;
  • keep it away from children and pets;
  • keep it away from curtains, paper, bedding, clothing, plants, decorations, and other flammable materials;
  • place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface;
  • keep it away from drafts;
  • trim the wick as recommended;
  • do not move the candle while wax is hot or liquefied;
  • discontinue use if the container becomes damaged;
  • and extinguish the flame completely before leaving the area.

Do not burn a candle longer than recommended.

Allow the container and wax to cool before handling.

12. Candles Containing Herbs, Crystals or Decorative Elements

Some ritual or decorative candles may contain herbs, crystals, flowers, glitter, charms, or other decorative materials.

These items may increase the risk of uneven burning, flare-ups, excessive heat, or movement within melted wax.

Burn these candles with increased supervision.

If decorative materials move too close to the flame or appear unsafe, extinguish the candle.

Never place additional herbs, oils, paper, powders, or other flammable materials into a burning candle.

13. Incense, Herbs & Smoke-Producing Products

Burning herbs, incense, resins, charcoal, powders, or other smoke-producing materials should only be done in a safe, well-ventilated area.

Use a heat-safe burner or container designed for the material being burned.

Never leave burning or smoldering materials unattended.

Keep away from children, pets, flammable materials, smoke detectors, fabrics, and areas with limited ventilation.

Individuals with asthma, respiratory sensitivities, allergies, or similar concerns should use additional caution.

14. Ritual Oils & Anointing Oils

Ritual and anointing oils may be intended for spiritual, ceremonial, decorative, or limited topical use depending on the specific product.

Review the individual product description before use.

Do not assume that every ritual oil is suitable for direct skin application.

Products not specifically labeled for skin use should not be applied to the body.

Do not ingest ritual or anointing oils unless a product is specifically formulated, labeled, and sold for ingestion.

15. Crystals & Stones

Crystals, stones, mineral specimens, and similar items may have rough edges, sharp points, small pieces, natural fractures, or fragile surfaces.

Handle with care.

Keep small stones away from children and pets because they may present a choking hazard.

Not all crystals or minerals are safe for direct contact with water, food, drinks, skin preparations, or the mouth.

Do not place crystals in drinking water or ingest crystal-infused substances unless the material has been independently confirmed as safe for that specific use.

16. Bath & Body Products

Bath salts, body oils, scrubs, butters, lotions, topical blends, and similar products may make tubs, showers, floors, or skin surfaces slippery.

Use caution when entering or exiting wet areas.

Avoid applying products to damaged, irritated, freshly shaved, or highly sensitive skin unless the product instructions indicate otherwise.

Stop use if irritation or discomfort develops.

17. Storage

Store products according to their individual instructions.

Unless otherwise stated, products should generally be kept:

  • in a cool, dry area;
  • away from excessive heat;
  • away from direct sunlight;
  • away from open flames;
  • securely closed;
  • and out of reach of children and pets.

Improper storage can affect product quality, texture, scent, appearance, stability, or safety.

18. Natural Product Variation

Handmade, botanical, herbal, crystal, ritual, and small-batch products may vary naturally.

Differences in:

  • color;
  • scent;
  • texture;
  • consistency;
  • size;
  • shape;
  • botanical appearance;
  • crystal appearance;
  • or finish

may occur from one batch or product to another.

These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

19. Shelf Life & Product Changes

Natural and small-batch products may change in appearance, texture, scent, or consistency over time.

Do not use a product that appears spoiled, contaminated, unusually separated, moldy, rancid, damaged, or otherwise unsafe.

Dispose of products that have exceeded any stated expiration, best-use, or recommended-use period.

20. Contamination Prevention

Use clean hands or clean applicators when handling products.

Avoid introducing water, dirt, saliva, or other contaminants into jars, bottles, containers, or products.

Do not share personal-use products when doing so could create a hygiene or contamination risk.

Keep containers closed when not in use.

21. Product Modifications

Do not alter, dilute, combine, heat, burn, ingest, mix, or repurpose a product in a way not directed by its instructions.

Combining products may create unexpected reactions, instability, irritation, heat, smoke, fumes, or other risks.

House of Nyxele is not responsible for issues resulting from unauthorized modification or misuse of a product.

22. Spiritual & Ritual Use

Some products may be described using traditional, spiritual, energetic, symbolic, or ritual language.

These descriptions do not guarantee a particular spiritual, emotional, physical, relationship, financial, manifestation, or personal outcome.

Spiritual and ritual products should still be used in accordance with all physical safety instructions.

Spiritual purpose does not override fire, skin, ingestion, allergy, pet, or general product-safety precautions.

23. No Medical Claims

Unless specifically stated otherwise and appropriately authorized, House of Nyxele products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Product descriptions, traditional uses, spiritual associations, testimonials, customer experiences, or educational information should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Please review the Spiritual & Wellness Disclaimer for additional information.

24. Adverse Reactions

If you experience an unwanted reaction:

  1. discontinue use immediately;
  2. remove or rinse the product when appropriate;
  3. seek professional medical guidance when necessary.

If symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening, or appear to be an emergency, seek emergency medical assistance.

25. Product Damage or Order Concerns

If a product arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact House of Nyxele within 48 hours after delivery.

You must provide:

  • your order number;
  • clear photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the packaging;
  • a photograph of the shipping label;
  • and a description of the issue.

Please retain the affected item and original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

Reporting a product issue does not change the final-sale and non-refundable status of the purchase.

Please review the Refund, Rescheduling & Service Policy for complete order-resolution terms.

26. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual circumstances before purchase and use.

By using a product, you accept responsibility for:

  • following directions;
  • reviewing ingredients;
  • considering allergies and sensitivities;
  • storing the product safely;
  • keeping the product away from children and pets when appropriate;
  • supervising flames and heat;
  • and discontinuing use when a product causes an unwanted reaction.
