By accessing our websites, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in an offering, submitting information, or otherwise interacting with any House of Nyxele path, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase products or services through House of Nyxele unless otherwise specifically permitted.
By placing an order or submitting information, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and submitted by you or with appropriate authorization.

House of Nyxele operates as a connected collection of paths with different offerings.
Nyxele
Nyxele provides private intuitive guidance, Reiki, energy-based services, and related spiritual support.
Nyxele’s Rituals
Nyxele’s Rituals offers handcrafted ritual products, spiritual tools, candles, oils, kits, digital items, and related offerings.
Moon Healing Wellness
Moon Healing Wellness provides botanical wellness products and other wellness-focused offerings.
The Study
The Study provides educational materials, courses, classes, guides, resources, mentorship-related offerings, or other learning experiences.
Each path may maintain additional policies specific to its products, services, fulfillment methods, safety requirements, scheduling procedures, or educational offerings.
Where a path-specific policy applies, that policy forms part of these Terms.
3. Spiritual, Intuitive & Energy-Based Services
Intuitive readings, Reiki, energy work, spiritual guidance, ritual services, and similar offerings are provided for personal insight, spiritual support, reflection, relaxation, and educational purposes.
No spiritual or intuitive service guarantees a particular outcome, prediction, result, reconciliation, financial gain, healing result, legal outcome, or future event.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, finances, health care, and personal circumstances.
Our services are not substitutes for licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional care.

4. Wellness Products
Products offered through Moon Healing Wellness or any other House of Nyxele path are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless expressly stated and legally authorized.
Product descriptions and ingredient information are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, directions, warnings, sensitivities, allergies, contraindications, and proper-use instructions before using a product.
Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or using a product on a child.

5. Ritual Products & Spiritual Tools
Candles, oils, herbs, crystals, ritual tools, spiritual kits, and related items are intended for personal, spiritual, ritual, decorative, or educational use as described with the individual product.
Spiritual products do not guarantee specific manifestations, outcomes, relationships, financial results, protection, healing, or other results.
Fire, candle, incense, oil, botanical, crystal, and ritual products must be used responsibly and according to provided safety instructions.
Never leave burning items unattended.
Keep products away from children, pets, heat sources, and flammable materials unless specifically designed otherwise.
6. Educational Content & The Study
Courses, classes, guides, downloads, workshops, mentorship materials, and other educational resources provided through The Study or another House of Nyxele path are for educational and informational purposes.
Purchase or participation does not create a professional license, certification, employment relationship, partnership, franchise, or authorization to represent House of Nyxele unless expressly stated in writing.
Unless otherwise stated, educational materials are for the purchaser’s personal use only.
7. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payment is required before an order, service, session, enrollment, or digital purchase is considered confirmed unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel an order;
- limit quantities;
- correct pricing or listing errors;
- request additional information necessary to process an order;
- cancel transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, unauthorized payment activity, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel a paid order that has not otherwise been fulfilled, any refund due will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment method and policy.
8. Final Sales, Refunds & Cancellations
Because many House of Nyxele offerings are personalized, handmade, digital, energetic, scheduled, or prepared specifically for the purchaser, refund and cancellation rules vary by offering.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, orders may not be canceled once submitted and purchases are considered final.
Certain services may permit rescheduling under specific circumstances.
Products, services, appointments, digital materials, classes, and other offerings may be governed by additional refund, return, rescheduling, or cancellation terms.

9. Scheduling & Appointments
Scheduled services are reserved specifically for the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at the agreed-upon session time.
Late arrivals, missed appointments, insufficient notice, or repeated rescheduling may result in fees, shortened sessions, forfeiture, or the requirement to purchase a new service in accordance with the applicable service policy.
Scheduling availability is not guaranteed.
Some appointment days or time periods may book farther in advance than others.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products are shipped according to the shipping methods and processing timelines stated on the applicable website.
Estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guarantees.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delays may occur outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

11. Digital Products
Digital items may include downloadable files, guides, worksheets, recordings, courses, written readings, or other electronically delivered content.
Because digital products may be accessed immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated.
Purchasing a digital item grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, upload, sublicense, or commercially exploit digital materials without written permission.

13. Personal Use
Unless otherwise expressly stated, products, services, readings, educational materials, downloads, and content are purchased for the individual purchaser’s personal use.
You may not purchase services or materials for unauthorized resale, redistribution, reproduction, commercial exploitation, or impersonation of House of Nyxele.

Experiences with spiritual services, wellness products, ritual products, education, Reiki, intuitive guidance, or other offerings vary from person to person.
Testimonials, reviews, examples, client experiences, or descriptions of previous results do not constitute guarantees that another person will receive the same or similar results.
